Limits

Please avoid making fetch requests from the service too frequently when files, configurations or shapes are being processed. Too many requests will cause an overload on the resources available to your account and result in significant delays in the service responses.

A delay of one or two seconds between two requests for the same file is advised.

If requests exceed service limitations, HTTP response 500 errors may occur.

The following limits must be acknowledged:

• Maximum HTTP content size: 6Mb
• Maximum processing time for any async task: 300 seconds
• Maximum delay before expiration for download urls: 5 minutes
• Data retention is only guarantied for one hour
